Dave is a Senior Engineering Geologist with more than twenty-nine years of experience in the geotechnical engineering field with direct involvement in numerous construction projects, including public works, commercial, industrial, and residential developments. His work includes a wide variety of services from the initial site investigations, subsurface explorations, and geotechnical engineering report writing to all earthwork construction requirements. Dave has been involved in many large earthwork construction projects, such as SeaTac Airport Third Runway, the expansion of Microsoft’s main campus, and The Redmond West campus, the Issaquah Highlands groundwater recharge investigations, the Trossachs and Cascadia Master Planned Developments, and multiple warehouse/office buildings in the ecologically sensitive Auburn-Kent-Sumner Valley.
